At the Slate Conference Centre on the University of Warwick campus for the Property Care Association A.G.M. Speakers included Dr. Jessica Lamond (Centre for floods communities and resilience, University of the West of England), Nigel Donahue (C.I.G.A), Dr. Fernando Sarce (K.T.P) and Gervais Sawyer ( International Wood Products Journal) for a very interesting and informative day in very pleasant surroundings. Well done the P.C.A.

4th June 2015 - An interesting day at the BRE (Buildings Research Establishment) at Watford, along with a few of the other PCA Independent Damp Surveyors.
20th May 2015 - At the PCA's new training facility for a meeting of the Independent Surveyors chaired by Steve Hodgson, C.E.O of the Property Care Association and our first chance to view where techicians now receive their classroom based and practical 'hands on' training in the control of rising damp, woodworm and dry rot as well as how to undertake structural repairs and waterproof basements using both cementitious and cavity drainage membrane systems in accordance with BS 8102.
