Cliff Fuller started in the construction industry in the late 1980's, evetually specialising in the application of structural water-proofing to below ground structures. Since then he has been  employed  as  a surveyor  by  several  long  established remedial treatment companies, before choosing  to  become  a  fully independent damp and timber surveyor. He has no ties or links with any contracting companies.
