Our fees are fixed; starting at just £240 for a dampness only inspection / report on up to a three bedroom property, rising in £10.00 increments per additional bedroom.
A combined dampness & timber inspection / report on a 1 - 2 bedroom property is fixed at £265, rising in increments of £20 per additional bedroom (there is no V.A.T to add to these prices).
Occasionally additional fees may apply, such as if the property is in the Congestion Charge.
We also presume that parking will be available nearby, whether off-street, meter parking or via a resident / visitor permit. This is important as we have a lot of equipment to carry.
When possible, we also offer an express next day service for an additional cost of 20.0% of the survey fee, which many homebuyer's find useful, otherwise reports are usually sent out in 2 - 3 working days.
You will receive an e-invoice prior to the survey date. We ask for payment online, on or before the day of the inspection, and that you confirm via e-mail when payment has been made. This helps to maximises our efficiency and reduces the turnaround time on your report.
Unless specifically agreed at the time of booking, it is our enviromental policy to provide reports in electronic format only, as a PDF.
